Shrimp Soup recipe

Ingredients:

8 cups of chicken stock.
2 teaspoons of Louisiana hot sauce.
1 cup of chopped green onions.
½ cup of chopped celery.
Salt, to taste.
1 tablespoon of garlic, diced.
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
1 cup of chopped parsley.
1 ½ cups of dry white wine.
2 lbs of shrimp, chopped.

Directions:

Put all of the ingredients except the shrimp in the chicken stock.

Bring to boil and then lower heat.

Cover, and cook for 45 minutes.

Add shrimp and simmer for another 30 minutes.
