Pork Roast recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of boneless single loin pork roast.
3 tablespoons of paprika.
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
2 teaspoons of oregano.
2 teaspoons of thyme.
½ teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of freshly-ground white pepper.
½ teaspoon of cumin.
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Combine all of the seasonings and rub thoroughly over the pork roast.
Place the roast in shallow pan and roast for about 60 minutes, until internal temperature is about 160°F (70°C).
Remove from your oven and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
