Baked Cajun Chicken recipe

Ingredients:

2 lb of split chicken breasts.
Nonstick spray coating.
2 tablespoons of nonfat milk.
2 tablespoons of onion powder.
½ dried thyme, crushed.
¼ teaspoon of garlic salt.
Pinch of ground white pepper.
Pinch of ground black pepper.

Directions:

Rinse the chicken, pat dry. Cut off the skin and discard.

Spray a 13*9*2 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Arrange the chicken in the dish, meat side up.

Brush the chicken lightly with the nonfat milk.

In a bowl, mix the onion powder, thyme, garlic salt, white pepper and black pepper. Sprinkle over the chicken.

Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
