Back Ribs recipe

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of paprika.
½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
2 teaspoons of oregano.
2 teaspoons of thyme.
½ teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of white pepper.
½ teaspoon of cumin.
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg.

4 lb of pork ribs.

Directions:

Combine all of the seasonings and dust all surfaces of the ribs with the mixture.

Prepare medium-hot coals in covered grill, banking coals when hot.

Grill the pork ribs over indirect heat for about 1 hour 15 minutes, turning about every 15 minutes.
